All sales are final once a code has been delivered. Refunds are only available in cases where the issue is on our end — such as receiving an invalid or already-redeemed code due to our error.

We're unable to issue refunds for the following reasons:

• The code was entered incorrectly
• The code was redeemed in the wrong region
• You've simply changed your mind
