Terms of Service

By purchasing from NovexPlay you agree to these terms. NovexPlay sells gift cards procured through commercial supply agreements. We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation, Steam, Google, Apple, or any platform whose gift cards we resell.

• Prices are displayed in your selected currency as an estimate. All charges are processed in AUD by Stripe. Your card issuer or bank handles any local-currency conversion.
• A non-refundable service fee is included in the displayed price.
• Orders are subject to review before a code is released.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails our review criteria, with a full refund.

• Codes are delivered by email only. No codes are shown on the website.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address.
• NovexPlay is not liable for codes delivered to an incorrectly entered email address.
• Each code is valid for a single redemption. Because redemption status can't be checked before delivery, codes can't be tested or pre-verified — see our FAQ if a code doesn't work.

• All sales are final once a code has been delivered.
• No refunds or replacements are issued for codes that have been delivered.
• If you have not received your code, use the Track your orders page to request a resend.
• Credit card charge backs filed after code delivery may result in account blacklisting and pursuit of legal remedies available under applicable law.

You must not use NovexPlay to:

• Purchase codes for resale or commercial distribution
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or charge backs
• Automate or bot purchases

Violation of these rules may result in your orders being cancelled, funds withheld pending investigation, and referral to relevant authorities.

NovexPlay guarantees that every code is valid at the time of delivery. Once delivered, you and any end-recipient are bound by the Issuer's own terms for that code (e.g. Valve/Steam, Google, Apple), including regional restrictions the issuer may impose that are outside NovexPlay's control.

If a code does not work as delivered, contact us via our support page and we will investigate directly with the Issuer on your behalf.

Gift card codes are region-locked. You are responsible for selecting the correct region for your account. NovexPlay is not responsible for codes purchased for the wrong region.

NovexPlay's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
